Asphalt Emulsion Modified by SBS and Manufacturing Method Using the Same, Emulsified Asphalt Thereof and Manufacturing Method Using the Same

PURPOSE: An SBS-modified asphalt emulsion, a producing method thereof, an emulsified asphalt using thereof, and a manufacturing method of the emulsified asphalt are provided to improve the quality of asphalt by improving the tensile resistance of the asphalt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an SBS-modified asphalt emulsion comprises the following steps: heating an asphalt binder(S100); mixing the asphalt binder with a polymer and an elastomer(S200); firstly pulverizing the polymer and the elastomer mixed with the asphalt binder to make the particle size less than 5 millimeters(S300); and secondly pulverizing the mixture to make the particle size less than 0.2 millimeters(S400). 1~8 parts of polymer by weight is mixed with the asphalt binder.
