FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncogynecology and can be used for surgical treatment of patients with advanced ovarian cancer with presence of decaying metastasis into peritoneum of rectouterine fold. Palliative supravaginal amputation of uterus with appendages, resection of greater omentum are performed, prevention of peritonitis is ensured by isolation of decaying metastatic focus from peritoneal cavity. Peritoneum of urinary bladder is separated from its muscular layer 4-5 cm above the level of uterus neck stump. Additional extraperitoneal drainage of rectouterine space is performed. Separated peritoneum of urinary bladder is fixed by means of interrupted suture to anterior semi-circumference of rectosigmoidal part of rectum above uterus neck stump.;EFFECT: method makes it possible to avoid post-operation complications.;1 ex, 4 dwg
