FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: device for operational prevention of fractures of femoral proximal part resulting from osteoporosis by prosthetics of hip joint, contains acetabular component, hip component in form of semi-sphere with guide bush, blocking screw for screwing guide bush into opening, on-bone plate with openings for blocking, monocortical and spongy screws. Guide bush is intended for installation in canal, made in neck and head of femoral bone.;EFFECT: invention ensures treatment of elderly patients and people, who in addition to osteoporosis have deforming arthrosis, by endoprosthetics of hip joint with substitution of joint surfaces, forming said joint, and prevention of possible diaphyseal fractures, preserving opposite cortical layer of bone.;1 dwg
