FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ophthalmology and can be applied for formation of corneal tunnel for implantation of corneal segments during keratoconus treatment. By femtosecond laser resection is carried out in two stages. First, ring-shaped cuts are made on given depth from 100 to 400 mcm. Internal diametre of ring-shaped cuts is 5.0-5.1 mm, external diametre 6.7-6.8 mm. Then entrance cut from 0.8 to 1.5 mm long is made in radial direction, starting on tunnel depth and finishing on cornea external surface. Width of ring-shaped tunnel is defined by parametres of planed for implantation corneal segments. Entrance cut axis is defined depending on initial parametres of cornea from 0° to 360°.;EFFECT: reaching of maximally exact placing of corneal tunnels on any given depth, with complete control of width, internal and external radius of corneal tunnel, which ensures minimal violation of cornea biomechanics and favours achievment of highest functional results and ensuring of short rehabilitation period.;3 ex
