FIELD: construction industry.;SUBSTANCE: control method of settlements of heavy structures funded in water-bearing formations of non-rocky low-permeable soils involves drainage of soil mass of base with distributed vertical wells. In addition, drainage is performed in the form of inclined fan-like wells the heads of which are arranged in perimetre gallery located in external consoles of foundation plate with water-receiving sections buried to active compressed thickness of the base. All wells are connected through locking devices to common vacuum-treated headers, or in each of them there located are devices for specified decrease of ground water, for example hydraulic or pneumatic ejector devices with low capacity, but which can be easily changed.;EFFECT: invention allows increasing process control of settlements and rolls of heavy structures funded in water-bearing formation of non-rocky low-permeable soils and providing uniform deformation of base during filtration consolidation of its geostructural elements comprising the base thickness.;2 cl, 2 dwg
