FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of veterinary in particular to internal non-contagious diseases and can be applied for treatment-preventive measures in case of endemic goiter of cattle. Method consists in the following: to basic ration added is iodine-containing medication. As iodine-containing medicine, applied is Monclova-1. Monclova-1 is preliminarily diluted in 1 l of potable water in doze of 0.5 ml/kg of live weight and is drunk by calves daily during one month.;EFFECT: method allows to improve general animal condition, hematological and biochemical data.;2 tbl
