FIELD: physics.;SUBSTANCE: device for determining quality of communal services relates to inspection technology and can be used in public services for household consumers. The device has a measuring transducer, a multirange comparator unit, a decoder, a time pulse generator and n time counters. The device also has a second measuring transducer, a bias source, a comparator, AND logic elements and (n+1) time counters.
