Fiber-optic network forming method for urban environment e.g. street, involves marking locations for change of line directions on ground, where directions are changed by heating and folding deformable plastic sheaths along predicted angles
The method involves forming cuts on substrates to receive lines arranged in sheaths that are made of plastic material deformable at a temperature equal to or lower than 80 degree Celsius. Locations for splice chambers (7) are marked on ground, and excavation is formed to receive the chambers. Locations for penetration chambers are marked on the ground, and another excavation is formed to receive the penetration chambers. Locations for change of line directions are marked on the ground, where the directions are changed by heating and folding the sheaths along predicted angles. The chambers are formed by sealed envelopes such as circular concrete or plastic tubes, where the envelopes receive connection units for connecting different cables (6a-6c). An independent claim is also included for a device for forming a fiber-optic network in urban environment.
