The arrangement (1) has an antifriction bearing (4) for retaining radial forces of an output shaft (2). A pretensioning bearing (5) is arranged on the shaft for applying radial prestress to the antifriction bearing by a radial loading device, where the radial loading device prestresses the pretensioning bearing against a retaining structure i.e. transmission casing (3). The pretensioning bearing comprises an inner ring (6) and an outer ring (7). The inner ring is attached to the shaft. The loading device applies the radial prestress to the antifriction bearing over the outer ring.
