The system has two opposite conical bearings arranged along a stationary shaft (12), and comprising bearing cones (14, 26) with bearing surfaces running in angles around a rotational axis (50), respectively. One of the bearing has a bearing bush (16) comprising a conical bearing hole and bearing faces, which are separated from the bearing surfaces of the former bearing by a bearing gap (20). The gap is filled with a bearing fluid. The bearing surfaces of the former bearing are smaller than the bearing surfaces of the other bearing. An independent claim is also included for a storage plate drive comprising a spindle motor.
