The arrangement (11) has an attachment housing (12) and two elastically supported tensioning arms (21, 31), which pivot around pivot axes parallel or coaxial to each other and carry respective tensioning rollers (22, 32) at free ends. The tensioning rollers have rotational axes parallel to the pivot axes, where the rollers lie in a common axial region. The tensioning arms are supported at the attachment housing independent of each other by a rod or tubular shaped torsion spring and a screw-shaped torsion spring (34), respectively. An independent claim is also included for a belt drive comprising a belt pulley.
