The method involves detecting energy data of energy consumers (11-1n), and distributing produced energy quantity to the energy consumers. The energy quantity to be optimally distributed for each of the energy consumers is calculated before distribution of the energy quantity for carrying out an optimal energy flow from a solar system (2) to the energy consumers. Priorities are assigned based on the transferred energy data of the energy consumers for distributing the energy quantity to the energy consumers. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a device for optimized controlling of distribution of energy quantity to two energy consumers (2) an energy system designed for a solar system.
