The amplifier has a hollow piston (14) connected with a drive rod, and a guide pipe (11) guided into the hollow piston in a sealed manner. The guide pipe is firmly connected with a gear housing, and the hollow piston comprises a slider, which is coupled with a toothing for a pinion for transmitting rotary motion into a translatory hollow piston movement. The slider controls closing and/or opening of exhaust ports (17). The piston is released during movement of the pipe according to positioning of the ports from the pipe into cylindrical spaces or in one of the cylindrical spaces.
