The method involves inserting a reactive plastic material into a molding tool for forming a plastic foam layer. A carrier component is arranged at defined distance to the plastic material. The plastic material is adjusted in such a manner that the plastic material is completely foamed after arranging the carrier component in a forming tool, where the plastic material is sprayed into the forming tool. A cover layer is inserted into the forming tool before inserting the plastic material.
