The method involves guiding a centrally prepared warm industrial water (Br) into an industrial water line (70). Warm water (WW) and the warm industrial water are guided up to a transfer point in a heat-coupling manner, and the industrial water is supplied to a heating cycle. The warm water is centrally produced for a dwelling unit. The warm industrial water is supplied with the warm water from a transfer point towards warm water consumers in a heat-coupling manner. The warm industrial water is fed to a hand towel dryer and a heated floor. An independent claim is also included for a device for providing warm water.
