The element has heating conductors (3) i.e. electrically conducting yarns, that are attached to contact conductors (5, 6) i.e. metal conductors, over multiple flexible current guides (2) that are inserted parallel to each other in a textile area measured material that is provided as a base. The current guides of different polarities are arranged at a less distance to each other. The current guides of different polarities are connected to respective contact conductors. The heating conductors contact with the current guides of different polarities.
