The kit (1) has a container (4) for accommodating a medical aid (5) e.g. bandage- and surgical dressing aids, where the medical aid is provided for primary care for injured persons. An electronic device (6) instructs a user of the kit, and is provided with a power supply and a memory chip. The electronic device stores and provides assistance or guidance for utilization of the kit, where the assistance or guidance is acoustically observable by the user via an integrated loudspeaker (7) and is activatable by opening the container.
