The disk (4) has plastic sheets connected with each other, and a metal layer provided between the plastic sheets and overlaying a section of the plastic sheets. The metal layer is formed by a metal sheet, and the metal layer is printed on one of the plastic sheets. The sheets are glued with each other, where the metal sheet is selected from a group consisting of copper-, silver- or gold sheet. The imprinted layer is designed as a silver conductive paste layer, and the plastic sheets are made from Polyset Epoxy Siloxane (PES) or Polyethyleneimine (PEI). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for production of a modulator disk (2) an impeller flow meter.
