The system has a capturing unit for capturing preprocessed information from an information system that is observed by a sense organ of a human as a neuronal impulse and/or hormonal signals and/or metabolism processes in a nervous system. An evaluation unit deduces an operational decision-making from the captured preprocessed information for controlling a machine. A display device displays the operational decision-making of the human or regulative decision-making at a spatial reference. The operational decision-making is confirmed by an evaluation of an actuation of an operating element. An independent claim is also included for a method for controlling a vehicle.
