The arrangement (10) has a thermoelectric module (12) and a heat exchanger (14) that are connected with a hull profile (18). The hull profile together with the module and the heat exchanger forms a hollow space (28). The hollow space is partially filled with a heat conducting medium (22) whose shape changes during operation of the arrangement. The medium is paste-like, fluid and/or colloidal, when the shape of the medium changes. The medium is partially arranged between the module and the heat exchanger, for thermal contact of the module with the heat exchanger. An independent claim is also included for a method for designing a fastening arrangement.
