The device has a fueling-and service ventilation line (2) guided over fuel vapor collecting containers (4, 5). A valve device guides the ventilation line for service ventilation and for ventilation during fueling over the fuel vapor collecting containers, respectively. The valve device is located at an output of the fuel vapor collecting containers to an environment, where the valve device is arranged between the fuel vapor collecting containers and a dust filter (6). A flushing line (8) is provided for draining each of the fuel vapor collecting containers.
