The fluorescent microscope, especially for rock studies, has an integrated light source (1*) as a white LED. An excitation filter (3) can be moved in and out of the light beam path. A barrier filter (8) can be moved in and out of the light beam in front of the eyepiece (10). A ring diaphragm (5) can be moved in and out of the light beam between the light source and the lens (6).
