The method involves applying a correction filter, which matches a frequency response, on data during determination of reconstruction data sets (3, 4). The filter is computed by considering a deviation differential filter and/or a deviation Hilbert filter. A frequency response deviation of a differential filter is described by an unapproximated differentiation using the deviation differential filter. A frequency response deviation of a Hilbert filter is described by an unapproximated Hilbert transformation. A three-dimensional image data set (1) is produced by weighed addition of the data sets.
