The system has a casing with curved surfaces, where the casing is movable as a casing carriage. The casing is moved to a use position through an inspection chamber manually or by a carriage roller (3) and fixed at the use position by accessory parts. A threaded bar is screwed into the casing through an opening to be closed, pulled to an inner wall of a channel pipe and fixed using a rectangular tube that is provided at the opening. A protective cover is provided for protecting the threaded bar.
