The tire side wall and beaded rim heating device has a circular, flat covering made from a sewn, flexible and tear-firm textile material and a heating device. The heating device is operated with electrical resistance heating wires and is externally electrical-insulated by a non conducting insulating material. The ends of the heating wires are connected mechanically and electrically with a power connection cable. The power connection cable is connected with a controlling device (6) for the current supply and time flow control.
