The method involves determining a deviation of a determined measuring result from a reference measured value. The value is determined with different characteristic adjusting-parameters of a high-frequent electromagnetic field produced by a signal generator and antennae. The measured value is stored as reference data in a processing unit. An unknown and tested mechatronical component is brought into the field. Measured values obtained with the same characteristic field-parameters are compared with the reference measured values to implement quality evaluation of the component. An independent claim is also included for a testing arrangement for implementing a method of contact-free testing of functional parameters of a mechanical or mechatronical component.
