Producing alcohol and biomass by fermentation of agricultural raw materials e.g. fruit, comprises: (a) accomplishing a material separation of the produced wine from the remaining solid body mass, after completion of the fermentation process; (b) introducing the solid body mass in a pumpable state to a device for producing biogas and/or bioenergy; and (c) converting the wine separated from the solid body mass into alcohol by distillation and subsequently feeding as raw material for the production of alcohol-containing products.
