The piston (2) has a piston base (20) adjusted in a mounting position for filling volume to a syringe, where the piston is connected with a piston wall (4) or a pump adaptor. A piston casing wall (24) is provided with an annularly, radially threaded region with multiple recesses (22). The recesses fix planar connection elements e.g. bosh elements, which are arranged on the piston wall or the pump adaptor. An opening is provided for a sealing ring (3) sealing the piston with respect to a syringe body (1).
