The assembly (1) has a pressure limiting valve (3) with primary and secondary connections (A, B) connected with an external control valve and a consumer, respectively. A control pressure connection (X) influences pressure adjustment of the pressure limiting valve. A by-pass check valve enables free pressure flow from the primary connection to the secondary connection. A closing body (4) of the pressure limiting valve is subjected with two both-sides, oppositely acting spring forces in an axial direction. A tappet bolt (21) and the closing body are axially actuated connected with one another.
