The plastic plate (100) is made of a uniform material. A thickness (d) of the plastic plate is different in a direction perpendicularly to an axis of the bend, where the thickness does not vary more than 25 percentages parallel to the axis of the bend. The thickness of the plastic plate at bending areas depends on bending radius at the bending areas in such a manner that the thickness of the plastic plate at the bending areas is small with small bending radius and larger with larger bending radius. An independent claim is also included for a method for molding a plastic plate.
