The device (1) has a set of guide vanes (3) comprising a vane body (7) with a flow profile (8) and a cylindrical bearing stud (9). A circular bearing plate (2) has a bearing stud retainer (11) provided for each guide vane. Each stud is pivotable around a longitudinal middle axis (10) and supported in the stud retainer. One of the guide vanes has a passage geometry (14) provided at an outflow side at a passage between the stud and the respective vane body. The passage geometry runs from an external side (15) of the vane body into an external side (16) of the respective stud.
