The device has a head and neck combination device i.e. cushioned plate (3) connecting a set of grip sections (1, 2), where the grip sections are arranged in a parallel manner. A set of weights is arranged outwards perpendicular to the grip sections on both sides. The head and neck combination device has a shoulder support on both sides and is equipped with a removable cushion (4). A foot mounting device is formed at the head and neck combination device. The grip sections extend from a set of composite slabs (5, 6) that are distantly arranged in perpendicular manner at the combination device.
