The arrangement (10) has a cam roller (12) rotatably supported around a rotational axis on a bearing pin (26) by an anti-friction bearing (40). The cam roller is narrowly pivoted through the rotational axis with respect to a bearing axis of the bearing pin and fixed in an adjusted angle position. The anti-friction bearing is clamped for defining the adjusted angle position. The bearing pin has a collar (32) including a clamping surface (34). The bearing pin is arranged at a bearing position (22) at which another clamping surface is formed.
