The device has a container vehicle and a climate box (1) with an air-conditioned system having three air-conditioned rooms (4) with separate power supply. The air-conditioned room is formed with the internal spaces of two steel base frames (2,3) with walls of highly insulated steel insulating panels. The latter air conditioned room is a room which is enclosed by the latter steel frame with walls of highly insulated steel insulating panels. The third air-conditioned room is a cooling box in the latter air-conditioned room.
