The device (1) has a small transmission shaft (14) driven by a power output shaft (13), so that the transmission shaft is rotated. A round rib is arranged on an interior end face of a saw blade (20), where a center of the rib corresponds to a center of the saw blade. Three recessed openings are arranged on an upper end face of the round rib in same angle intervals, and a steel ball is brought into the recessed openings and is projected from the openings. Projected ends of the ball are pressed against an inner surface of another saw blade (30) so as to limit a distance between the blades.
