The fastener has a metallic carrier (1) fastened to a wooden beam (10) using a wood screw (11) such that the carrier projects through an overlap of roofing tiles and forms a support surface for photovoltaic modules and/or solar collectors (7). The carrier is connected with a lower receptacle (6) on a lower side such that the lower receptacle is fastened into a screwing channel (5) by a fastening screw (8). The carrier includes a support seal (9) on a side facing towards the roofing tiles. The carrier is made of metal or plastic. A restriction part (4) is formed at a lower end of the carrier.
