Biotechnological process for producing power resources preferably with a process mentioned in the German patent application , comprises: collecting carbon source from the atmosphere or producing carbon source from waste water; performing methanogenesis by a hydrothermal carbonization of biomass; and converting biomass with water and at least one catalyst in a pressure vessel to substances e.g. coal and/or oil by temperature- and/or pressure increase. An independent claim is also included for a reactor for carrying out the above method, comprising at least one storage vessel and at least one microreactor to the entry of gases and/or solutions or suspensions and/or dispersions of the reactor contents.
