The bar (1) has a retainer (6) connecting the bar with an aircraft and designed such that connection of the bar with the aircraft is released during storing of the bar. The retainer comprises a recess cooperating with a projection at the aircraft and arranged such that the projection slips-out from the recess when the bar is stored. The projection is held in the recess when the bar is in a lifted condition to move the aircraft. A connector (7) connects a handle (8) with the retainer. The connector and the handle are formed such that the bar lies flatly on a ground in the stored condition. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an aircraft comprising a nose wheel (2) a method for moving an aircraft.
