The machine has a cylinder barrel pivotably mounted in a housing with multiple cylindrical bores. A longitudinally adjustable piston (7) is provided with a through-hole (14), and a throttle device (30) is adjusted depending on rotation speed of a drive shaft. The throttle device is centered by a spring element (31) and moved depending on engaging centrifugal force. The throttle device comprises a through-hole (39) that covers the through-hole of the piston, where the through-hole of the throttle device comprises two sections (40, 41). The throttle device is designed as a flyweight (32).
