The collector (A) is formed by pre-fabricated parts and inserted on a small surface area in soil, lakes, rivers or ponds by pit lowering procedures. The collector is made of a porous water vapor-permeable material. A set of pipings (B) is inserted in the collector and transfers energy between an energy supplier, the collector and a heat pump. Another set of pipings (N) transfers energy between the heat pump, the collector and a heat accumulator. A lower surface of the collector is formed in a wedge-shape, and the energy supplier is connected to rain drainage.
