The system has a circular body (1) e.g. driven wheel, and another circular body (2) e.g. driving wheel, rolling opposite to a surface of the former circular body such that the latter circular body is shifted in rotation due to gravitation force acting on the latter circular body. The latter circular body transfers rotating motion of the latter circular body to rotating motion of the former circular body. An electrical generator (6) produces energy based on the rotating motion of the former and/or latter circular body. The latter circular body is arranged on a moving belt.
