The method involves forming a break-through such as borehole and slit, in two profile walls (5-1, 5-2) of a strand profile (4) by boring process. The strand profile is elongated in an area of the break-through by stretch-forming for expanding the formed break-through in a symmetrical manner. A drilling axis is aligned transverse or parallel to strand direction of the strand profile. Another break-through is formed in the profile walls, where the profile walls partly limit a closed profile chamber.
