The system i.e. hydraulic clutch actuator (1), has a master cylinder (2), a slave cylinder (4), a pressure pipe (3) that connects the slave cylinder and a damping device (21) which is attached between two line parts (3a, 3b) of the pipe. The damping device has a housing with a connecting piece for receiving the line parts. A plug connector is accommodated in the connecting piece that is designed as eye. The plug connector is designed as a hollow cylinder. T-shaped boreholes i.e. through-holes, are provided in an inner side of the plug connector. The connector is made of steel.
