The connector (1) has a distal coupler (6) defining a passage (63), and a hollow tube (23) mounted on a proximal coupler (2), where the tube extends into the passage of the distal coupler. An elastically deformable tubular membrane (3) is closed at a distal end (32) by thickness of the membrane, and covers a free end (26) of the tube in a sealed manner at a rest position. The distal coupler is mounted in a sliding manner with respect to the proximal coupler between a distal rest position and a proximal usage position in which the tube is released from the membrane.
