The plate has a plastic material e.g. high density polyethylene, side bar reinforced by a metallic e.g. steel, section (2) fixed in a slot on a lower face of the side bar. The side bar is perforated with holes (7) passing through spaces outside perpendicularity of the section. Lateral notches are arranged on edges (8, 9) of the plate, and recesses (3) are arranged on a lower surface of the side bar. The slot has depth equal to thickness of the section, and the side bar has non-skid roughness.
