The handlebar grip has shock wave attenuation units with a hollow parallelepiped case (3) maintaining a handlebar. Width of openings (8) is equal to the diameter of a section of the handlebar. The case contains a parallelepiped body (5) under the form of leg pushed by a compression cylindrical spring (10) against the handlebar. The body slides up and down in the case gradually when the pressure is exerted downwardly on the handlebar equipped with the grip. The body slides along a printed load and is remounted by pushing the spring when the pressure is released.
