The device has a container (5) equipped with a heating resistor (6). A three way valve (2) e.g. electrovalve, has a dipping tube (13) sending cold water contained in a pipe from a sanitary hot water preparer to the bottom of the container. The valve sends the water to the bottom of the container while the water is cold, by pushing hot water from the container towards an outlet (12), and directly supplies the hot water to a tap when the water at a water inlet (4) of the valve reaches desired temperature.
