A transcranial fixation device for deep brain stimulation probes comprising: a main piece (11) for attachment within an opening (100) in the skull of a patient (1); and at least one first fastener (12) housed within said main piece; said or each fastener having at least one axial bore adapted to allow the passage of one or more deep brain stimulation probes (14); said or at least one fastener being arranged to be able to move from a first position, in which it allows an axial sliding of the probe or probes in the respective bore or bores, to a second position, in which it encloses the or the probes in the respective bore or bores, preventing such sliding.
