The device has two crank jacks (1) i.e. car jacks, integrated by two T-shape square tubes (2). The T-shape square tubes are articulated on a sliding round tube (3) to maintain the crank jacks in a vertical position and to adjust a space formed between the crank jacks. A moving and sliding part (7) of the crank jacks is equipped with an adjustable removable hook (8). The round tube is slid in horizontal bars (6) of the square tubes.
