The device has a lifting arm (5) articulated between two plates (12, 1) to separate the plates in a direction of height according to a principle of a deformable parallelogram to form the device. One of the plates includes a base connected to a truncated wedge (11) by a compatible strap, where the truncated wedge is positioned against a wheel for performing lifting operation. An end of the arm is articulated on the other plate that is fixed under a chassis. A support triangle is formed by the latter plate, the wheel and another wheel.
